Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass ab Mittags kein Personal im Hotel vorhanden war. Jedoch wenn Personal da war, war dieses sehr freundlich.

The hotel is well located and has large and well appointed rooms. You do however have to climb 70 steps to get to the rooms so if that is aproblem then don't go. Staff are friendly and speak good English and the owner is on hand at all times to assist and advise. A great stay in agreat location.

There was nothing we didn't like. Whilst we were there it was our 44th wedding anniversary and Andrea the owner left us a card and a gift, that's the sort of specila treatment you get there.

Location, location, location!! Modern amenities in good taste. Incredibly helpful, attentive and informative staff.

the owner spent 30 mins guiding us what to see and do including booking restaurants for us, she made our 3 days magical.

It was alovely place to stay, sleeping into a mountain

As the hotel is in a monument, it is impossible to built an elevator, so heavy luggage might be a problem.

Staff is wonderful! Location in great-- close to train station. Room was clean and nicely done!

Lots of stairs... so if you don't like stairs don't stay here.

The owners and staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The location is perfect, near many sights. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to the room; it was excellent.

The Moses Fountain Hotel is a truly unique place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and stylish with everything you need. The host Andrea is a warm and welcoming man. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

By far the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Very classy. The staff also were very helpful. The room was regularly cleaned, beds turned down every evening. Complimentary fresh fruit and juices in room.

Technically I don't think it should be referring to itself as a hotel as it is really only rooms. Perhaps a town house would be more appropriate. No bar. Breakfast served in room. I was disappointed in the breakfast. Almost all cake/ biscuit. Nothing substantial.

The people that staff, own and operate this Hotel are simply the finest I've ever come across and I do not say that lightly. This place is run with an intimacy, with a compassion and passion and a friendliness that borders on perfection. I am not joking. Read other reviews. See for yourself.

I had to leave. Seriously. Even the 170 steps to my room were a challenge and made me more physically fit. There was not anything I did not like about Moses. Nothing.

The location was very convenient to the Termini train station, the hospitality was outstanding, enjoyed the wine and cheese on the terrace. The fountain being part of the buidling added to the experience of being in a very special place.

As I had seen in other comments on-line, it is hard to notice the entrance and there are several stairs to climb to get to the rooms, but for my husband and I these were minor matters and added to charm of the place.
